The building to the rear of #26 on the day of purchase (15th December 2020). It hadn’t been touched for 20 years with extensive ivy growth and some interesting contents/ 
Before tackling the rear of the shop, the shop itself needed to be restored. 
Part of the initial clear out in 2022, found the base underneath two-foot of mud. Underneath the alleyway the plans indicated a disused sewer which was located at the beginning of 2024 as new drains were put in for the brewhouse
